About 20 Republican candidates gathered on Dec. 23 at the GOP office in Denton for the official ballot-order drawing for the 2022 Primaries.
Brian Brazeal drew the No. 1 slot on the ballot for the U.S. Congressional District 26 race in which incumbent Michael Burgess is seeking reelection.
