Registration is open for Flower Mound’s 15th annual Dorothy’s Dash 5K and Kids K next month.
The annual race is set for Nov. 10 at Flower Mound High School, 3411 Peters Colony Road. The event honors former Town of Flower Mound employee Dorothy Walkup who lost her battle with Multiple Sclerosis in 2004 and raises funds to combat this terrible disease, according to a town news release.
The Kid’s K begins at 8 a.m. and the 5K run/walk starts at 8:30 a.m. Online registration will remain open until Nov. 6, but participants can also sign up in-person through race day.
