Lewisville ISD launches ‘LISD Engage’ public meetings

The Lewisville ISD is launching a series of public meetings called “LISD Engage” to educate and interact more with the community.

The series of meetings is intended to deepen community members’ understanding of LISD, including the district’s finances, safety and security, academic programs offered, current successes and challenges ahead, according to a district news release.
“Ultimately, we want to build a group of well-informed advocates who support LISD,” the news release said.
Childcare will be available and dinner will be provided at the meetings, which will be held according to this schedule:
Fall Meetings (Attend One)
Flower Mound High School
Oct. 24 from 6-8 p.m.
The Colony High School
Nov. 1 from 6-8 p.m.
Spring Meetings (Attend One)
Marcus High School
March 20 from 6-8 p.m.
Hebron High School
March 25 from 6-8 p.m.
Final Meeting (All Participants)
Lewisville High School
April 25 from 6-8 p.m.
