An intersection in Flower Mound is closed to all traffic Wednesday for repairs of a gas leak, the town announced just after noon.
The Flower Mound Fire Department is on scene of the gas leak, located at the intersection of Cardinal Drive and Wichita Trail. Repairs were originally expected to take about four hours, but just before 5 p.m., the town announced that repairs are taking longer than expected and are now estimated to be completed around midnight.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area.
