River Walk Food & Beverage, the management company that owns and operates the restaurants on the Flower Mound River Walk, announced Monday that its new barbecue restaurant is reducing its operating hours and making changes to the menu.
Whiskey & Smoke, located in the old Primo’s space at 4120 River Walk Drive, began offering to-go service in late June and opened its dining room for full service on Sept. 6. The restaurant had been open every day of the week except Mondays, but effective immediately, Whiskey & Smoke will only be open Thursdays through Saturdays.
“This change allows us to focus on crafting an exceptional dining experience on these select days,” the company said in a statement.
The company is also “in the process of reimagining our menu to bring you an array of delectable options, including an enhanced selected of steaks and a higher-end menu that will surely tantalize your taste buds.”
“The decision to refine our hours and menu is driven by our unwavering commitment to providing you with a superb dining experience,” the company said. “We believe that by focusing our efforts on select days and investing in the quality of our offerings, we can better serve you, our cherished patrons.”
