People were injured and lanes were closed after a head-on collision in Flower Mound on Friday afternoon.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash near the intersection of FM 2499 and Gerault Road, the Flower Mound Police Department tweeted at 3:15 p.m. Investigators determined that the crash was caused by an unknown medical episode, and none of the injuries were life-threatening, according to a FMPD spokesman.
The northbound lanes of Gerault were closed for several hours at FM 2499 as police investigated the crash.
