The Flower Mound Police Department Bike Unit is selling T-shirts and raising funds for 50 long-term patients of Cook Children’s Medical Center.

The Bike Unit is raising funds for a “State Fair” event that it will co-host for 50 patients who have received treatment at the children’s hospital for an extended period of time, according to FMPD. The event will feature a street “carnival” with games, arts and crafts, music and more.

The Bike Unit is selling “Cycle for a Cause” T-shirts and collecting donations, and all proceeds will go toward purchasing games, crafts, and prizes for the kids. Click here to buy a shirt or make a donation. All order forms and payments should be returned to the FMPD station, 4150 Kirkpatrick Lane by 5 p.m. Sept. 26.
