The Argyle Police Department has posted some “See Something, Say Something” signs around town in an effort to encourage people to report suspicious activity.

The department shared photos of the signs on social media, as well as some tips for reporting suspicious activity to law enforcement. Remember to use the “5Ws”:

  • Who did you see?
  • What did you see?
  • When you saw it
  • Where it occurred
  • Why it’s suspicious

The department reminded residents that if it’s an emergency, they should call 911, but if it’s not an emergency but they are concerned, call dispatch at 940-349-1600.
