A new Chipotle Mexican Grill location is in the works for Flower Mound.
Cincha Kostman at Hudson Peters Commercial confirmed that Chipotle is planning to open before the end of the year in the space formerly occupied by Dido’s Urban Grill at 1900 Long Prairie Road, near the intersection of FM 2499 and Northshore Blvd.
This will be the burrito chain’s second location in Flower Mound. The first one is located 4.5 miles up the road at 6100 Long Prairie Road. It opened in summer 2010.
Chipotle had over 2,500 restaurants as of June 30, 2019, in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany and is the only restaurant company of its size that owns and operates all its restaurants. It was named America’s favorite Mexican restaurant brand in a recent study by Market Force Information.
