Coventry Homes recently unveiled two new model homes in Barrington at Lantana “highlighting sophisticated options for elevating buyers’ lifestyles,” according to a news release.

Unique options such as planning centers with a mini-fridge, stand-alone tubs and homework centers are showcased in the 50- and 60-foot models.

“Lantana is one of the most prestigious addresses in the Metroplex,” said Rudy Pospisil, division president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., parent company of Coventry Homes. “Buyers expect sophistication no matter what size home they are buying. That’s something Coventry is known for. Our flexible floor plans allow us to easily tailor homes to fit the needs of home buyers.”

Offering 2,114 square feet of living space, Design 2091 at 1401 Haverford Lane in Lantana exalts single-story living, the news release said. High ceilings and an open floor plan create a sense of space. Informal entertaining gets a boost from counter seating in the island kitchen and box windows in the dining area. A large front porch and optional Texas-sized patio add additional entertainment areas.

“We are very proud of this model,” Pospisil said. “It shows off the numerous possibilities available for our 50-foot floor plans. Options such as a master suite sitting room with patio views and a planning center that has been configured as a wine bar add the touches of elegance discerning buyers are looking for.”

Coventry’s two-story model is the builder’s Design 3630 at 1405 Haverford Lane. Offering on-trend colors and statement ceilings in the dining room and master suite, the five-bedroom model has upscale options such as a stand-alone tub in the master bath, a coffered and beamed ceiling in the master bedroom, bow windows and a homework center off of the game room.

Homes situated on 50-foot properties are priced from the $370,000s. The builder offers 11 designs ranging from 2,092 to 3,390 square feet with up to five bedrooms, island kitchens and two-car garages.

Coventry offers seven floor plans for homes on larger 60-foot properties. These designs are priced from the $450,000s and feature studies, formal dining rooms and game rooms.

Residents of Barrington at Lantana also enjoy access to amenities such as pools, fitness centers, tennis courts and the Lantana Golf Club. Three Denton ISD elementary schools and one middle school are located within the community.
