Flower Mound park trail, bridge re-opened

A Flower Mound park trail and bridge have been re-opened after repairs were made, according to the town of Flower Mound.

Repairs have been completed to sections of concrete trail and the culvert bridge where Stone Creek Park connects to Lawson Park near Princewood Drive. The project was expected to take one to two weeks, but it was completed in less than four days, according to the town.

The repairs were necessary to prevent erosion from further undermining the integrity of the trail and culvert.
