Flower Mound mayor to host his last ‘Morning with the Mayor’

Flower Mound Mayor Tom Hayden will host his final “Morning with the Mayor” on Saturday.

The monthly event will be from 9-11 a.m. at the Nexus Lakeside Clubhouse, 2501 Lakeside Pkwy, on Saturday. The informal meetings are an easy way for members of the community to share thoughts about the town and ask questions.

Hayden has served as Mayor of Flower Mound since 2012 and was not eligible to seek re-election. His successor will be chosen in the May 5 municipal election, unless there is a runoff.
