The Flower Mound Lady Jaguars jumped out to a 14-6 , first quarter lead on Monday night against Plano East and never looked back, winning their bi-district round game by a score of 51-48.
Whitney Cox led the team in scoring with 18 points, while Sara Negrillo added 16 points for the Lady Jags.
Makenzie Schott, Melissa Johnstone, Caitlin Young and Ella Schindler combined for 17 points for Flower Mound.
The Lady Jaguars will play the winner of the Waco Midway/Cedar Hill game in the area round at a time and date to be determined.
