Truck loaded with large appliances stolen in Flower Mound

Flower Mound police are investigating the theft of a large truck loaded with large appliances last week.

The truck was reported stolen from a Best Buy distribution warehouse, 609 Enterprise Drive, Friday morning by an unknown suspect(s), according to Flower Mound Police Captain Wess Griffin.

The truck, valued at $80,000, contained a $2,300 refrigerator, a washer and dryer and other items, according to the police report.

The truck was later recovered empty in Grand Prairie, Griffin said. Police were still investigating Monday.
