Lantana had 3,530 occupied homes as of November 21 with an estimated population of 11,473.
There were 2,069 single-family building permits issued in Fresh Water Supply District #6 and 1,630 permits issued in Fresh Water Supply District #7 for single-family homes through the month of October, for a total of 3,699 permits. Total build-out is estimated to be 4,003 homes.
ATI Physical Therapy and Uptown Salon Lantana have signed leases to locate in Lantana Town Center near Wise Wireless.
Chase Bank will open a freestanding branch between Starbucks and the Kroger gas pumps, and a Firestone Auto Care Center will locate behind Starbucks. Construction on the bank branch should begin in January.
Work is underway on the first phase of Lantana Town Center Phase II. The 15,285 square-foot, multi-tenant retail building will be located on the north side of FM 407 across from Kroger. Great Clips, Casa Mia Mexican Restaurant and a nail salon have signed leases. Two future phases will consist of five additional buildings with an additional 48,820 square-feet of retail and restaurant uses.
