Highland Village Police responded to a shooting in the 300 block of Mockingbird on Monday just before 6 p.m.
The male victim, a 20-year-old Highland Village resident, reported he was shot by a known male acquaintance, Dareon Dashon Johnson of Oklahoma City.
Johnson and his accomplice, Alysha Horner of Highland Village, fled the scene in a vehicle. Arrest warrants were obtained for Johnson and Horner for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Johnson and Horner were arrested by Oklahoma City Police early Tuesday morning.
The shooting victim was transported by Careflite to Medical Center of Plano and later released.
