The Voices of Flower Mound will present its spring concert, “We Are the Choir,” on Saturday, June 4th, at 7 p.m.
The community choir, under the direction of Mary McGuyer and accompanied by Migeun Chung, will present a selection of light classical music, some of which will showcase the composers and humorous pieces – “Spoof a la Classique” and “Painless Opera.”
Featured during the concert will be cellist Beth Paul and Victoria Bouton on the violin. Both artists will also provide accompaniment for some of the choral selections.
The performance will take place at Flower Mound Community Church, 3415 Cross Timbers Road (FM 1171) in Flower Mound.
Advance tickets, available until June 3rd, are priced at $12 for adults and $8 for seniors and students. Prices at the door will be $15 and $10 respectively.
