The City of Highland Village has contracted with Creative Consumer Research (CCR) to conduct a resident satisfaction survey.
The survey will gauge how satisfied residents are with city services, amenities, and communications.
CCR will contact residents who provided their email address when they signed up for utility service.
Residents who did not receive an email and would like to participate in the survey can fill out the information at this link and CCR will contact them.
