Flower Mound’s first dog park, The Hound Mound at Heritage Park, officially opened to the public on Friday afternoon. The Hound Mound is located at 1200 Garden Ridge Blvd. near Spinks Road in southeast Flower Mound. The park is open every day, except Wednesday, from 7 a.m. to dusk.
