Food truck festival to bring good eats

flomo food truck festA cavalcade of food trucks will put it in park Sunday at the FloMo Food Truck Fest at Congregation Kol Ami in Flower Mound from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sixteen food trucks are scheduled to participate: Bellatrino, Bombay Street Food, Chez Flo, Crazy Fish, Cup Cakin, For Love of Pizza, KB’s Brats, Lean Machine, Misha’s Kitchen, Mr. Snowie, Say Kimchi, TX Burrito Company, Tha Smokin Chef, The Butcher’s Son, The Famous Dumpling Bros, and What’s da Scoop?

There will also be live music, a vendor fair, car raffle and a Kids’ Zone with bounce houses, obstacle course and a rock wall. Admission to the Kids’ Zone is $5 for unlimited play.

Parking will be at Marcus High School, 5707 Morriss Rd., and is $5 per car, cash only.  Free shuttles will be provided to and from the event. Handicapped parking is $5 per car and will be across from Congregation Kol Ami at Timber Creek Elementary School, 1900 Timber Creek Rd. The event is dog friendly, but dogs must be leashed.

There will be an ATM on site but the food trucks accept credit cards.
