The annual Our Village Glows Christmas tree lighting will take place this Tuesday, Nov. 30, at The Shops at Highland Village.
The 54-foot tree lighting is a centerpiece of the annual event, which is presented by the Highland Village Women’s Club and The City of Highland Village.
“In addition to choirs singing Christmas carols and holiday songs, this year children can decorate cookies and have a special visit with Santa to tell him their holiday wishes,” said Kelly Smith, Consumer Marketing Manager for the center.
“We appreciate the Highland Village Women’s Club and the City of Highland Village hosting this joyous celebration. The shopping center and our retailers will be decked-out for the holidays and ready for a great family event.”
Our Village Glows will take place at The Shops at Highland Village from 6:30 pm until 8 pm. The activities are free to the public. Proceeds and donations will go to the Highland Village Women’s Club.
