There’s always something that reminds us of Christmas. Maybe it’s the smell of roasted chestnuts or possibly frost on the windows. But, unless you’re Scrooge or The Grinch, everyone has fond memories of past Christmases. I spent my first 18 Christmases in Ecuador, so the memories from my younger days are very South American. As I turn 40 years old, I now treasure my colder Christmas memories with Gisella, Lucas, and Nathalia.
Glen D. Smith & Associates is now two years old. The time has gone so quickly, but as we head towards another new year, I’m going to pause and reflect on our achievements.
This year, we’ve hosted 12 client events, including our first fundraiser for 29 Acres, a non-profit organization that provides housing for young adults with autism. The event raised over $6,700 for this charity. As a local company, we’re embedded in our community, so events such as our free shredding event aren’t just for clients, they’re also for our family, friends, and neighbors.
In 12 short months, we’ve seen a 29% increase in clients. This wouldn’t have been possible without the team and their focus towards exceptional customer service.
