Thank you to all the residents and neighbors who joined the Town of Double Oak Volunteer Fire Department in celebrating July 4th! Your support of our firefighters is sincerely appreciated and one of the finest traditions observed by our Town. Thank you to our volunteers who selflessly serve this great community.
School days return soon! Monday, August 12 is a teacher’s workday and Tuesday, August 13 is the first day of school! Please remember, and have patience with, parents using the traffic loop for the first time or youngsters walking or riding a bike to a new school. Our town roads are narrow, curvy, and don’t have sidewalks. Please slow down, get off of the phone, and watch for our kids.
