Early voting election results for local races

Voters went to the polls Saturday to cast their ballots in many local municipal and school board elections, but thousands voted early.

Below are the unofficial early voting results in contested southern Denton County elections, according to the Denton County Elections office. Election Day results are expected to be released later Saturday evening.

Shane Campbell: 46.05%, 332 votes
