The town of Argyle has extended the daily timeframes in which left turns are banned from Old Justin Road onto Hwy 377.

Late last year, the town of Argyle installed a new sign for eastbound traffic on Old Justin Road at the intersection with Hwy 377. During a short period in the morning and another in the afternoon on school days, the sign stated that drivers may only turn right onto Hwy 377.

The Argyle Police Department posted on social media Thursday a new photo of the “right turn only” sign at the intersection, which has extended timeframes for the ban on left turns. Now, only right turns are allowed from 7-7:45 a.m. and from 2:45 to 3:30 p.m. on school days. Police will be enforcing the traffic rule at the intersection during those times.
