A major traffic switch will be made next week for an extended amount of time for southbound traffic on the FM 2499 ramp to DFW Airport and eastbound Hwy 114/I-635.
The DFW Connector project is a Texas Department of Transportation reconstruction project that is adding lanes to Hwys 114 and 121 in the area between south Flower Mound and DFW Airport.
TxDOT has announced that it will close down the southbound FM 2499 off-ramp to eastbound Hwy 114 and DFW Airport, starting on Monday at 8 p.m. for an extended but unspecified amount of time.
All access will be maintained through southbound Hwy 121, according to the DFW Connector website. The southbound FM 2499 off-ramp to DFW Airport will temporarily move to a left exit for an extended amount of time.
