On May 1 at 7 p.m., a report of vandalism and criminal mischief at a residence in the 6000 block of Via Italia Dr. was reported. Damage worth $2,500 for holes in walls, $500 for fan blades, $4,500 for drawers and $4,500 for three windows was listed.

On May 2 at 4 p.m., burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 800 block of International Pkwy. Stolen were a tool belt, a hammer, two drills and drill bits.

On May 3 at 1:30 p.m., an Apple Mac computer valued at $650 was reported stolen from a residence in the 6000 block of Grand Meadow Ln.

On the morning of May 4 at 7 a.m., a burglary and breaking-and-entering was reported by the Café 407 Stir-Fry and Grill restaurant at 2021 Justin Rd. a window worth $600 and $300 in missing cash were listed.

At 5:30 p.m. on May 4, a Benelli Supersport shotgun worth $2,000 and a black blazer valued at $60 was taken from a white Suburban Chevy in the 2000 block of Russwood Dr.

Vandalism to playground equipment worth $75 was reported on May 4 at 6:55 p.m. in the 1000 block of Colony St.

On May 5 at 7 a.m., theft of $5,350 worth of tools from Kodiak Trenching & Boring at a construction site located at Long Prairie Rd. and Central Park Ave. was reported.

On May 6 at 10 a.m., the theft of $16,000 in cash was reported by an individual at the Legacy Bank property at 1201 Flower Mound Rd.

On May 8 at 1 a.m., vandalism was reported by a resident in the 6000 block of Branchwood Trl. Items worth $1,000, in addition to $3,000 in cash, were reported and two suspects were identified—one of whom has an FBI number and was taken to DCSO with no bond allowed, on probation violation for previous drug and theft charges.

At 8:20 a.m. on May 8, the S & S Starmart at 516 Flower Mound Rd. reported a double-pane window worth $1,000 was vandalized.

Unauthorized use of a 2008 Nissan Altima worth $9,000 and the theft of $224 in cash was reported by a resident in the 3000 block of Dendron Dr. A suspect was identified.

On May 10 at 2:20 p.m., police received a stolen car call involving a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sport worth $65,000. It was recovered at 4:51 p.m. and a suspect was identified.

At 11:23 p.m. on May 10, a report of vehicle vandalism was reported in the 3800 block of Long Prairie Rd. A juvenile suspect was identified.

On May 11 at 3 a.m., the theft of two prescription medicines was reported from a residence in the 5300 block of Weathervane Ln. A suspect was identified.

At 7 a.m. on May 11, an overnight burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 2500 block of Solano Dr. Items included $1,000 in cash, an Apple Macbook Pro worth $700 and a gold ring valued at $500, among others.

A Smith and Wesson gun worth $400 was reported stolen from a residence in the 1600 block of Hidden Brook Trl, at 8 a.m. on May 11.

On May 11 at 5:50 p.m. the Bed Bath and Beyond store at 6101 Long Prairie reported the theft of three Roombas worth $2,700 and damage to an emergency door worth $600.

On May 14 at 4 a.m., a door worth $1,000 on a residence in the 10600 block of Smoot Ln. was vandalized and the arrested adult, Michael Martin, 26, of Mabank, Texas, was charged with evading arrest and detention.

Vandalism on eight windows worth $1,000 in one Toll Brothers model home and two windows also worth $1,000 also in another model in the 6600 block of Via Italia Dr. was reported at 9 a.m. on May 14.

The Kohl’s store at 2501 Cross Timbers Rd. reported the theft of three Sharper Image Airphones headphones worth $312 on May 15 at 9 p.m. A suspect was identified.

On May 16 at 10:30 p.m., a report of vandalism of a 2012 Dodge Caravan was reported in the 2200 block of Cheshire Dr.

On May 17 at 3 a.m., four shoppers in the Kroger’s at 4100 Morriss Rd., witnessed an identified suspect for stealing $20 worth of Miller Lite beer.

The JC Penney store at 5751 Long Prairie Rd. reported the theft of $212 at 1:45 p.m. on May 17. A suspect was identified. At 6:05 p.m., another theft of $113 in cash was reported stolen.

At 3:15 p.m. on May 17, the theft of $3,000 in cash from a residence in the 5100 block of Brownstone Dr. was reported.

At 6:40 p.m. on May 17, items worth more than $3,400 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2600 Firewheel Dr.

May 18 at 10:46 a.m., a theft of items $1,590 in value was reported in the 2200 block of Silverthorn Ln. Two suspects were identified.

At 5 p.m. on May 18, a PBS Raven bike worth $238 was reported stolen from the Forest Vista school campus.

On May 18 at 6:16 p.m., the theft of $1,550 in cash was reported from a residence in the 3700 block of S. Magnolia Ct. At 6:22 p.m., some curtains and a purse were reported stolen from a home in the 3900 block of Braxton Ln.

On May 20 at 9:07 a.m., $4,861 was reported stolen from the Sears Appliance Showroom store at 5810 Long Prairie Rd. Two suspects were identified.

At 4:09 p.m. on May 20, the theft of $1,200 in cash was reported in the 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Ln.

Just past midnight on the morning of May 21, cash in the amount of $6,715 and other items totaling $3,500 was reported stolen in the 2600 block of Solano Dr.

At 4 p.m. on May 21, a Trek bike worth $400 was reported stolen in the 2100 block of Remington Dr. A suspect was identified and the bike was recovered.

On May 21 at 5 p.m. a personal Apple S6 cell phone was reported stolen on the Marcus High School campus.

Also at 5 p.m., a burglary report for $2,000 was reported in the 1300 block of Rustic Timbers Ln.

At 1 a.m., the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market at 2800 Flower Mound Rd. reported $11.77 worth of Miller Lite beer as stolen.

On May 22 at 3 a.m., four juveniles were identified as evading arrest following the report of a burglary of a vehicle in the 2400 block of Hunters Run.

At 8:07 a.m. on May 22, a report of criminal mischief and vandalism worth $500 to a Toyota Tundra in the 5100 block of Timber Park Dr. was filed.

On May 23 at 10:17 a.m., Highland Homes reported the theft of items worth $15,000 in the 11000 block of Longleaf Ln.

On May 24 at 7:02 a.m., five windows worth $700 were reported as vandalized in a Toll Brothers model home in the 6300 block of Via Italia Dr.

At 4:12 on May 24, the theft of a Cannon EOS Rebel camera was reported in the 1900 block of Canvasback Ln.

On May 25 at 8 p.m., a window and screen worth $200 total were reported vandalized on a home in the 2100 block of Flamingo Dr.
