Flower Mound police blotter: June/July 2015

June 27 – Arrest – 1749 Prescott Drive – A 33-year-old man was charged with DWI and leaving the scene of a wreck.

June 28 – Arrest – 1900 block of Long Prairie Road– A 24-year-old man was charged with DWI and possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana.

June 28 – Arrest – 3200 block of Kiley Lane – A 46-year-old woman was charged with DWI.

June 28 – Arrest – 3800 block of Immel Drive — A 17-year-old man was charged with DWI.

June 29 – Arrest – 1300 block of Timber Valley Drive – A 22-year-old man was charged with speeding and failure to appear in court.

June 29 – Arrest – 3900 block of Morriss Road – A 38-year-old man was charged with DWLI.

June 29 – Arrest – 2800 block of Flower Mound Road – A 57-year-old woman was charged with DWI.

June 30 – Arrest – 425 block of Price Drive, Lewisville – A 20-year-old woman was charged with failure to appear in court, driving without a license and driving without wearing a seat belt.

June 30 – Burglary of Vehicle – 7500 Bolo Lane – A woman reported that her blue, 2986 Ford Mustang 2T was burglarized at her home.

June 30 – Theft 50/500 – 1100 Flower Mound Road – A woman reported that a Sonicare Platinum toothbrush worth $200 and Sonicare Airfloss worth $100 were stolen from a CVS in the area. The suspect was seen driving a black 1993 4-door Acura with Texas plates.

June 30 – Arrest – 4150 block of Kirkpatrick Lane – A 35-year-old woman was charged with speeding and DWLI.

July 1 – Theft 50/500 – 4600 block of Crown Knoll Circle – A woman reported that a Schwinn bicycle worth about $130 was stolen from her home.

July 1 – Theft 1500/20K/Deceptive Business Practice — 2100 block of Silverthorn Lane – A man reported that various equipment was stolen from his home. Those items were: an $850 ladder rack; a $425 sprayer; and two gallon containers worth $325.

July 1 – Criminal Mischief 50/500 – 4900 Wichita Trail – A man reported that Coram Deo Academy had been vandalized.

July 5 – Arrest – 1200 block of Timber Creek Road — A 32-year-old man was charged with two counts of speeding, driving while using his cell phone in an active school zone and making threats/assault.

July 6 – Arrest – 6200 block of Hwy. 377 – A 40-year-old man was charged on warrants for possession of an open container of alcohol and failure to appear in Rowlett court.

July 6 – Arrest – 200 block of E. Jackson Street, Carrollton – A 36-year-old man was charged with driving while using his cell phone in an active school zone and driving without liability insurance.

July 7 – Arrest – 2700 block of Cross Timbers Road – A 23-year-old woman was charged with assault, speeding in Euless, violation of a driver’s license restriction, failure to appear in court in Bedford and Euless and speeding in Bedford.

July 7 – Arrest – 2700 block of Ponderosa Pine Drive – A 28-year-old man was charged on warrants for public intoxication and failure to appear in Rowlett court.

July 7 – Theft U/50 – 2200 block of Cross Timbers Road – A woman reported that makeup worth about $32 was stolen from a CVS in that area. The suspect was reportedly driving a green 1999 Nissan Sentra P4 with Texas plates.

July 8 – Arrest – 100 block of N. Lamar, Fort Worth – A 43-year-old man was arrested on charges relating to annual registration of sex offenders.

July 8 – Arrest – 4800 block of Shiloh Road – A 19-year-old woman was charged with injuring a child/elderly or disabled person.

July 9 – Arrest – 2200 block of Remington Drive – A 19-year-old man was charged in an accident involving damage of $200 or more to a vehicle.

July 9 – Arrest – 2200 block of Justin Road – A 24-year-old man was charged with DWI and on warrants for speeding and failure to appear in Highland Village court.

July 10 – Arrest – 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Lane – A 44-year-old man was charged with speeding.

July 10 – Arrest – 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Lane – A 26-year-old man was charged with failure to appear in court and driving with an expired vehicle registration.

July 10 – Arrest — 2800 block of College Parkway – A 47-year-old man was charged on several warrants: DWLI, driving without liability insurance, driving with an expired registration and failure to appear in court from Lake Dallas police; DWLI and running a red light from Lewisville police; DWLI and driving without liability insurance from Carrollton police; and possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized use of a vehicle from Flower mound police.

July 11 – Arrest – 5800 Long Prairie Road – A 48-year-old woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance; warrants for driving without a license and driving without a seat belt from Arlington police; a warrant for driving with an expired inspection sticker from Grand Prairie police; warrants for driving without liability insurance and DWLI from Irving police; and a warrant for driving without a license in Grapevine.

July 11 – Arrest – 2700 block of West Windsor Drive – A 26-year-old man was charged giving false information to police and DWLI; on warrants from Irving police for speeding, driving without a license,; driving without liability insurance and an unnamed traffic violation from warrants in Lewisville.

July 11 – Home burglary – 1700 block of Marian Lane – A couple reported that their home had been burglarized.

July 12 – Theft 50/500 – 1200 block of Duncan Lane – A man reported that an Ezup tent worth $150 was stolen from a park in the area.

July 14 – Arrest — 2400 block of Covington Drive – A 20-year-old man was charged with possession of marijuana.

July 14 – Theft 50/500 – 2900 block of Bluffview Lane – A woman reported that a blue Razor Dirt Rocket worth $120 was stolen from her home.

July 14 – Arrest – 4200 block of Hide-A-Way Lane – An 18-year-old man was charged with possession of marijuana.

July 14 – Arrest – 3700 block of Flower Mound Road – A 51-year-old woman was charged with DWI.

July 14 – Arrest – 1100 block of Ester’s Road – A 25-year-old man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear in court, and on a warrant for speeding from Balch Springs police.

July 14 – Arrest – 2400 block of Covington Drive – A 19-year-old man was charged with possession of a controlled substance and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

July 15 – Arrest – 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Lane – A 25-year-old woman was charged with speeding, failure to appear in court and driving without liability insurance; she was also charged on warrants for speeding and driving without a license from Cedar Hill police and a warrant for theft from Desoto police.

July 15 – Arrest — 4200 block of Morriss Road – A 49-year-old man was charged with DWLI and failure to appear in court.

July 15 – Criminal Mischief 500/1500 – 3200 block of Dwyer Lane — A woman reported that someone did about $1,000 worth of damage to her home.

July 15 – Burglary of Habitation – 2800 block of Dickens Lane – A home was allegedly broken into and $30 worth of margarita beer was stolen.

July 15 – Criminal Mischief 50/500 – 3900 block of Churchill Drive – A man reported that someone damaged his red 2010 Volkswagen Jetta, worth $10,000, at a parking facility.

July 15 – Arrest – 2900 block of Shenstone Drive, Dallas – A 24-year-old man was charged on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 15 – Arrest – 5800 block of Fox Glen Lane – An 18-year-old man was charged with possession of marijuana.

July 16 – Burglary of Vehicle – 3400 block of Long Prairie Road – A woman reported several items stolen from her white 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe including: a gray Kate Spade purse worth $250; a Chase bank card worth $20; and another item worth $500. Those items were recovered later in the day.

July 16 – Arrest – 1100 block of Cross Timbers Road – A 26-year-old woman was charged on a warrant from Cedar Hill police for no liability insurance and for theft greater than $1,500 with 2 or more previous convictions.
