Marauders fall to Coppell in regional finals

The season came to an end for the Marcus boys soccer team on Saturday afternoon, as the Marauders lost to Coppell 2-0 in Midland.

Marcus finished second in district this season to the Cowboys, with a district record of 5-4-1.

The Marauders advanced five rounds in the playoffs, defeating Irving, Waco Midway, Flower Mound and Arlington before losing to Coppell.

Marcus finishes up the season with a 19-2-4 overall record, and Kyle Spraker led the team with 13 goals.
