I find it so sad that the Town of Bartonville is now borderline corrupt. The town is finally convinced to issue a town survey, to hear the concerns of its residents. It hires out the service, tells the town it will cover all key issues objectively, but it will only be mailed to registered voters, and the survey questions will be vetted by the entire council prior to distribution. Survey was never vetted, shows up in the mail and is obviously politically biased towards ONE persons opinions!
