Save the date for Denton County Friends of the Family’s 2013 Rhapsody in Blue event.
On Saturday, June 1, this day of elegance and fun will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lewisville, Texas (785 SH 121 Bypass). From 11:00am – 2:00pm, Denton County Friends of the Family, alongside their generous sponsors, will host a silent auction, a luncheon, speaker and a live auction.
Rhapsody in Blue will feature prizes from Tiffany & Co. and auction items including:
• A four day/three night stay at a Millionaire Malibu vacation home for up to 8 people
• An autographed copy of the ”Love Story” sheet music by Taylor Swift
• 3-Night Winery Train Tour in Napa Valley
The Rhapsody in Blue event features exciting guests like Clarice Tinsley, KDFW Fox 4 news anchor, who will emcee the event.
Tina Bernet Allen, a radio personality and the 2012 top female personal trainer in DFW, will be featured as the survivor speaker.
Together with our guests and compassionate sponsors, we hope to bring more awareness of our mission and to ensure we reach our goal of “moving families from crisis to confidence.”
Denton County Friends of the Family is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive services to those impacted by rape, sexual abuse, and domestic violence, while partnering with our community to promote safety, healing, and prevention.
