The Flower Mound Community Activity Center will kick off the “FM FIT” health initiative with Kick Start Your Health Fair on Saturday, January 7, from 7 a.m. to noon at the Community Activity Center, 1200 Gerault Rd.
The event will feature free group exercise fitness class demos, program demonstrations, along with local vendors. Individuals will have an opportunity to sign-up for the FM FIT program and receive a free T-shirt.
Flower Mound Mayor Melissa Northern will lead a walk on the trails near the facility at 11 a.m.
