Heritage Elementary School students in Highland Village signed a banner pledging to stand up against bullying last week.
The Highland Village Police Department coordinated the event at area schools to kick off their anti-bullying educational and awareness program.
Officers also handed out blue support bracelets and pledge cards to students.
