The Argyle Chamber of Commerce awarded $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors Lauren Zanotto (pictured center) from Argyle High School and James McKissack from Liberty Christian School for their winning essays on Social Media Etiquette.
The awards were presented at the chamber’s May meeting at the Denton Country Club.
Pictured with Zanotto are Royce Freebourn from Ambassador Asset Management LLC and AHS English teacher Stacy Short.
Zanotto will attend Abilene Christian University this fall to study Animal Science and McKissack will head to Baylor for a Business degree.
