Destination Imagination team members Brenna Dwyer, Rishay Dalal, Sean Hampton, Camille Strange, Emily Glazner and Stephanie Williams will raise funds this Saturday for their trip to the Global Final competition.
The team, representing Forestwood, McKamy and Briarhill Middle Schools, will compete in the Technical Challenge with other DI Teams from around the world at the Global Final competition in Knoxville, TN from May 25-28.
The students have built a device to move objects around and are performing a sales presentation skit with costumes and props they have designed.
DI team members will hold a fundraiser and promote their DI Jingle Video at Kwik Kar Car Wash on FM 3040 in Flower Mound this Saturday, May 14, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Patrons should mention “Destination Imagination” to the Kwik Kar cashier for a discount.
