7:41 p.m. 9000 blk. Carson Dr., Lantana – Assist Agency – Double Oak Officer dispatched to assist Denton County Sheriff’s department with domestic disturbance investigation. Officer departed once Denton County had the scene secure.
10:00 a.m. 100 blk. Carruth Ln. – Suspicious Vehicle – A concerned resident reported a silver Honda parked in front of his house. Car departed prior to officer’s arrival.
7:20 p.m. 200 blk. Colonial Ct. – Solicitor – A concerned citizen reported an unknown solicitor going door to door. Officer was unable to locate the solicitor.
October 5
1:37 p.m. 100 blk. Campbell Ct. – Civil Dispute – Officers were dispatched to a dispute between a developer and a subcontractor. A criminal trespass warning was issued.
4:25 p.m. 100 blk. Twin Lakes Ct. – Suspicious Vehicle – A concerned resident reported a white van in the area of 100 Twin Lakes Ct. An officer located the van and determined that they were in the area to pick up solicitors. A citation was issued to the driver.
October 6
12:19 a.m. 6600 blk. Hawk Rd. – Suspicious Circumstances – A concerned resident reported their motion sensor lights coming on for no apparent reason. Officer checked the location and found no problems.
4:29 p.m. 6700 blk. IH 35W, Ft. Worth – Assist Motorist – Police Officer returning from school in a marked unit stopped to assist an 18 wheeler stalled on the highway during rush hour. Officer remained on scene until the hazard was clear.
October 7
2:45 p.m. 500 blk. Kings Rd., Double Oak – Evading Detention / Arrest – Bret Padilla, 18, was arrested after intentionally fleeing an officer attempting stop him for speeding on Kings Rd. A small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia was found in his vehicle.
8:57 p.m. 100 blk. Jeter, Bartonville – Assist Agency – Double Oak Officer assisted Bartonville with a suspicious vehicle investigation. Nothing was found upon officer arrival.
October 8
2:27 p.m. 7000 blk. F.M. 407 – Assist Agency – Double Oak Officer assisted the Texas Department of Public Safety with traffic control during the investigation of an accident on FM 407.
10:58 p.m. 100 blk. Lake Trail Dr. – Disturbance – Officers were dispatched on a disturbance that was quelled upon departure of one of the parties.

3:49 p.m. 100 blk. Redbud, Bartonville – Assist Agency – Double Oak Officer responded with Bartonville on a fight in progress call.
8:56 p.m. 400 blk. Waketon Rd. – Assist Motorist – Officer assisted stranded motorist with traffic control and removal of vehicle from roadway.
9:06 p.m. 100 blk. Twin Lakes Dr. – Alarm – Accidental activation of alarm by resident.

12:53 a.m. 1000 blk. Saddle Brook Dr. – Assist Agency – Double Oak Officer assisted Argyle P.D. with an investigation involving a vehicle that needed to be recovered.
5:05 a.m. 4000 blk. F.M. 407, Argyle – Assist Agency – Double Oak Police Officer assisted Argyle Police with traffic control on a major accident.
7:34 a.m. 200 blk. Cross Timbers – 911 Hangup – Resident inadvertently dialed 9-1-1.
