Lantana’s Community Wide Fall Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, September 11, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Association will promote the sale, provide directional signs and place a banner at the community entrance. No extra signage is allowed. Residents who wish to participate in the sale should call the Association at 940-728-1660 by September 9th.
Once again, the Association will partner with Haltom Thrift (www.HaltomThrift.com) to offer pick-up of any items after the garage sale and provide a tax-deductible receipt. The proceeds from Haltom Thrift benefit the non-profit Leukemia Texas organization (www.LeukemiaTexas.org).
To schedule a pick-up, contact Scott Roberts at [email protected] by September 10th with your information and home address. The post-garage sale pick-up service will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Bulky items such as large appliances, large furniture and mattresses cannot be collected.
The average number of households that participate in the sale is usually around 200, according to Association officials.
