Baseball for All

An independent select youth baseball team in Flower Mound wants to give underprivileged kids a chance to step up to the plate.

The 8U Flower Mound Titans have established a Recreational Baseball Scholarship to benefit a local child who loves baseball, but does not have the financial means to participate.

The scholarship will fund one season of recreational baseball at the local league of his/her choice. In addition, the chosen applicant will receive a gift card to assist with the purchase of baseball equipment.

“Our goal is to fund at least one child, but we would like to do more each season. It will depend on the funds we raise,” said Head Coach Corey Martin.

Scholarship applicants must reside in Flower Mound, Highland Village, Double Oak or Lewisville.
