Executive Chefs Andre Warren and Bret Savant create some of the most delectable dishes you once thought could only be found at 5 star restaurants! With a culinary career that would be envied by some of the master chefs in the Metroplex, Andre and Bret prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for visitors as well as patients and staff. Breakfast and lunch served in the cafeteria seven days a week, while dinner is served each evening except for Saturdays and Sundays.

Chef Warren, a Lewisville resident, has also been the Food Service Director at Presby for the past two years. He is a Certified Dietary Manager and a Certified Food Protection Professional. While Andre has been instrumental in opening the food service departments in four acute care hospitals, his experience extends beyond the hospital setting– Andre has supervised the training and opening of 32 restaurants across the country. In addition, prior to joining Presby Flower Mound, Andre was the Director of Food and Nutrition Services and active member of the diversity team at Remington Medical Resort and Morrison Health Care. When he is not fine-tuning the Presby dining experience, Andre participates as a member of the National Restaurant Association and the Dietary Managers Association.

Chef Savant, a Flower Mound resident, has been at Presby for a year and a half. He graduated from the Louisiana Culinary Institute and started his culinary career in upscale steak houses. Cooking was a second career for Bret who, after 7 ½ years in corporate sales, decided to pursue his passion.

Concentrating on the delicious as well as the nutritious, Brett and Andre work together to make the dining experience at Presby memorable for all.
