In Flower Mound, at least 10 new businesses received a certificate of occupancy while another five businesses received commercial permits to build during December.
According to an economic development activity report from the Town of Flower Mound, the new businesses range from dental to restaurants and more.
A list of the new businesses includes the following:

*3D Smoke Shop, 2001 Cross Timbers Road, Suite 101
*Me Body Baby at 2608 Long Prairie Road, Suite 201
*Fertility Leaders of Texas at 4370 Medical Arts Drive, Suite 315
*Nelson Law Group, PC at 700 Parker Square Road, Suite 145
*Niagara Conservation at 1200 Lakeside Parkway, Suite 450
*Signature Systems Group, 1201 Lakeside Parkway, Suite 130
*Texas Endodontics at 2560 Central Park Avenue, Suite 128
*Whitlock at 1201 Lakeside Parkway, Suite 160
*Black Walnut Cafe – hiring office at 2670 Firewheel Drive, Suite C
Commercial permits were issued in December for the following businesses:
*CHI/Lakeside Ridge, LP/PRitchard Association, 153,300-square-foot shell at 1201 Lakeside Parkway.
*Dolce Cafe Bakery, addition to the existing business at 1913 Justin Road, Suite 101
*Exeter Lakeside Land II, B/32, a 351,832-square-foot shell at 501 Lakeside Parkway
*Greystar – Building 1 (Type 1), a 21,686-square-foot commercial business at 2401 Lakeside Parkway, B/1.
*Hermansen Land Development, a 10,516-square-foot shell at 3651 Justin Road.
