A 51-acre portion of the proposed Eden Ranch development in west Flower Mound has been sold, and court documents indicate the new owners plan to develop or donate the property for a private Pre-K-12 school campus with academic, administrative and athletic facilities.
The sale follows the foreclosure of the original Eden Ranch developer earlier this year, placing the future of the 335-acre residential project on FM 1171 in question.
