A gas leak has prompted the town of Flower Mound to shut down a section of Morriss Road on Thursday afternoon.
After 2 p.m., the town posted on social media that Morriss is shut down between Forest Vista Drive and Garden Road in south Flower Mound. ATMOS crews were coming to fix the leak, and first responders were on the scene.
The road was reopened around 3:30 p.m.
