The Town Council awarded the bid for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the 2019 Road Improvement Project to TNP at a special meeting on July 2.

Phase 2 will begin Aug. 5 with the reconstruction and overlay of sections of Sam Davis Road, Stonecrest Road and Gibbons Road. It’s expected to be completed in November. Phase 1, which is expected to start in October and end in January, will include the reconstruction and overlay of sections of Harpole Road and Whispering Trails.
