A sure sign that summer is nearly here, a splash pad at a Flower Mound park is about to open.
The splash pad at Heritage Park, 600 Spinks Road, will open for the summer on Wednesday, according to a news release from the town of Flower Mound. The splash pad — a fun water experience for kids — will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Sept. 30.
