The Texas Department of Transportation will conduct a public meeting next month about plans to improve I-35W from Dale Earnhardt Way in southern Denton County up to the I-35W/I-35E interchange in Denton.
The open house meeting will be held from 6-8 p.m. on May 16 at Argyle Middle School, 6601 Canyon Falls Drive, according to TxDOT. Representatives from TxDOT and project consultants will be available to answer questions about the proposed project improvements. The purpose of the meeting is to present the proposed project improvements and to receive public comments. Maps showing the project location and design will be available for viewing at the public meeting, and are on file and available for review at the following locations:
• TxDOT Dallas District Office located at 4777 East Highway 80, Mesquite, Texas 75150 (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).
• TxDOT Denton County Area Office located at 2624 West Prairie Street, Denton, Texas 76201 (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).
