Advent Air Conditioning, Inc. recently received earned the Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and consumer review site in 2014.
“Only about 5 percent of the HVAC companies in the Metroplex have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks, in a news release. “It’s a really high standard.”
Angie’s List Super Service Award 2014 winners meet strict eligibility requirements including an “A” rating in overall, recent and review period grades. The company also must be in good standing, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
“Advent Air was founded on, and still operates under, three core principles: Quality, Honesty and Integrity,” said Mike Douglas, CEO of Lewisville-based Advent Air in a news release. “Those principles have served us, and our customers, well for more than three decades. And it’s why we’ve been recognized once again by a prestigious service ratings expert like Angie’s List.”
Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List where companies are graded on an “A through F” scale in everything from price to professionalism to punctuality. The 2014 Super Service Certification logo is listed next to company names in search results on www.AngiesList.com.
