Flower Mound residents voice preferences for most-wanted stores, eats

The citizens of Flower Mound have spoken, and they know exactly what stores and restaurants they would like to see come to their town.

The results of the Flower Mound Economic Development Department’s Retail & Restaurant Recruitment Survey were released this week, and just as in 2011 when the last survey was done, Central Market and Cheesecake Factory topped the two wish lists respectively.

Loyalty runs high for Flower Mound residents, as 84.6 percent of respondents indicated that they shop in Flower Mound and 83 percent said that they dine out in Flower Mound.

The survey allowed up to two respondents per household to identify up to 10 retailers and 10 restaurants they would most like to see in Flower Mound.
