The Denton Guyer baseball team once again handled Saginaw on Saturday, winning 6-3 to advance to the area round of the playoffs. They’ll face the winner of the bi-district series between Cleburn and Fort Worth Western Hills.
Jud Kinzy was the winning pitcher for Guyer. Chris Monroe homered and Domenic Pickering picked up a double for the Wildcats.
