The Marcus baseball team made it a clean sweep of Irving Nimitz in tonight’s Game 2 of their bi-district series, winning 3-1 and advancing to the area round to face the winner of the series between Grapevine and Hebron.
Marauders starting pitcher Nick Lewis got the win as Nimitz collected just three hits, and Ryan Vaughn doubled for Marcus.
