Church sets groundbreaking for expansion

BridgeWay Church in Double Oak will break ground for its new worship center and expanded education space this Sunday, July 22.

The church, located at 8201 FM 407 between the Shops at Highland Village and Lantana, has seen significant growth in the last two years, according to Dr. Art McNeese, senior minister.

The groundbreaking will celebrate the addition of approximately 7,000 square feet of new space and 2,500 square feet of renovated space.

“Our objective is to build a headquarters for better serving the needs of the people of our immediate community, people in Denton County and beyond,” said Dr. McNeese.
